You have reached the email doorway of the Raven. I'm an amatuer ornithologist, improvisational drama enthusiast, sporadic traveller, land-bound pirate, Canadian, and parent of 3 growing nestlings.

Before you write, I just want to say a few quick things:

1. Since I am Canadian, I doubt I can help with questions regarding American laws on wildlife or rehabilitation. I'll try, but odds aren't good.
   
   
2. If you're going to ask me any of the questions which are answered in the FAQ, I won't respond to your mail. I put up the FAQ page so I wouldn't have to answer the same questions over and over. Use it.
   
   
3. Sorry, I am NOT the famous 'Raven' from TV! Please, please, please, quit it with the fanmail already!
   
   
4. While I really enjoy receiving email, I'm rather busy and might take a while to get back to you. You see, I maintain this page purely as a hobby. No one pays me to do it - in fact, I have to pay a goodly bit every month just to keep this site online. That means I have a real job in addition to the job of maintaining this site. Plus, I'm discovering that Parenthood is a job in its own right (albeit a very rewarding one). Add onto that various theater projects and some out-of-town travel here and there, and my life fills up quite quickly.
   So, if I don't get back to you within a day or two, please don't take offense. I'll try to get around to it - I really will.
