Kaiser is a jackdaw cared for by Maud Gronberger, in Sweden. Jan Brocannier sent me this photo of him (and several others, as well. Thanks, Jan!).

I had commented that the jackdaw's silvery eye really showed up well in some of the earlier photos he sent me, but this one blows them away. It's the best close-up of a jackdaw I've seen yet.
