WANTED FOR: Plotting, scheming, sedition, seduction, conspiracy against the crown (or was that with the crown?), bribery, treachery, and gross and excessive use of force in squashing Rebel outposts (long live the Empire!).
MODUS OPERANDI: There are thinkers, and there are fighters... and this dangerous individual is both. He bides his time in almost any transaction - taking the lay of the land, and gaining a feel for alliances - and when people have mentally brushed
him aside as a "non-issue" he takes the field by storm.
