MODUS OPERANDI: Using her amazing looks and sweet charm, the suspect has been known to sway the hearts of total strangers. She has in the past used these skills to gain entry into foreign countries. When confronted, the suspect may draw her most fearsome weapon out of hiding: her smile. The suspect is frequently found in the company of her partner in crime, GrimJim.
